I am passionate about understanding and improving our relationship to the natural world. My research interests include community ecology, population genomics and biogeography of plants and the field of speciation which encompasses these plus other research areas. I also collaborate with local indigenous communities in land restoration projects that educate future generations on how to live more sustainably.
I enjoy swimming, climbing and running, as well as reading philosophy, poetry, physics and history. I also love gardening, playing music, cooking and discovering life as a mom.
